Welcome to Maplewood! It is a clean, quiet, safe and financially stable place for your family to live.

 

There are five hundred and twenty-three single-family one and two-story residences. It was built starting in the mid-1950s. It is located along Beechnut, Renwick and Hillcroft.

 

It is southwest of downtown Houston outside of the IH 610 West Loop, north of the Braes Bayou green belt, near downtown arts and entertainment, professional sports, major business and the Houston Medical Center.

 

Most of the properties are in the Bellaire High School zone.
