Maplewood is a 523 single family home subdivision located outside the southwest corner of the IH 610 West Loop. It is on the west edge of Bellaire and the Meyerland community, along Beechnut, Renwick and Hillcroft.
Maplewood is close to the Galleria and Texas Medical Center and has easy access to multiple freeway systems. Almost all homes are zoned to the highly-rated Bellaire High School and numerous private schools, churches and shopping/entertainment areas.
Our neighborhood employs a Precinct 5 Constable patrol service and MAPLEWOOD HAS NEVER FLOODED.
